Symptom narrative

Patient unknowingly to us at the time received 2 RSV vaccines, as was noticed by our corporate office. He received 1 of the RSV vaccines on 1/11/24 and another at our location on 7/10/25. Patient did not report any other adverse events besides feeling fatigue for approximately 1 day. Due to our location, his first vaccination did not show up in our immunization registry, and the patient was not aware he had already received that vaccine.
