Symptom narrative

Pt stated she felt weak, did not feel good, stomach hurts, and was sweaty at about 5-10 mins after administration. Pt laid down and drank a few sips of water. Ems checked your vitals and was ok. Pt did not leave with EMS. Pt did state that she gets nervous with needles and had passed out previously with a blood draw. After being checked out with EMS, pt was able to leave on her own and thanked us.
