Symptom narrative

Patient was given MMR dose early as recommended by our practice due to recent Measles cases. Patient would typically get a dose between the age of 6 months and 12 months then start the normal interval series. Patient received first dose on 6/4/2025 and second dose on 6/24/2025 by mistake.
