Symptom narrative

Patient started itching and have hives. Patient thinks reaction is due to vaccines. He went to dermatologist in June and got diagnosed with dermatitis. Patient showed me few red bumps here and there.

Patient has chronic health condition for which he takes medications.

blood pressure, cholesterol

Other medications

Patient tried triamcinolone 0.1% cream and clobetasol 0.05% so far, no otc that he mentioned.
