Symptom narrative

Participant admitted to Hospital on 7/2/2025, admitted with pneumonia left lung basilar opacity with hypoxia, intravenous antibiotics provided, admitted to intensive care unit, EMS called by family, ppt found with hypotension, reported by daughter that he was weak with shortness of breath and productive cough 2 days prior to hospitalization.
