Symptom narrative

I had the covid shot in the afternoon. The next morning while working from home, I experienced heaviness in my legs and a significant headache. When I went to stand up, I stumbled and was unable to walk properly. My adult son entered the room and I tried to speak to him, but my speech was garbled. He drove me to hospital where I was diagnosed with a TIA and admitted. I was treated with a TPA. I was released the following evening without any lingering side effects.
