A 16 Year Old Received Heplisav-B on 24Jun25, Is There Anything We Should Monitor ?; Initial report received on 24-Jun-2025. A nurse reported that a 16-year-old female received HEPLISAV-B (hepatitis B vaccine) for hepatitis B immunization. No medical history or concomitant medications were reported. On 24-Jun-2025, the patient received a dose of a hepatitis B vaccine HEPLISAV-B (lot number, expiration date, NDC number, route, and site not reported). The patient was 16 years old at the time of vaccination. No additional information was reported.
