During vaccine administration, patient jerked and withdrew her arm triggering vaccine administrator to withdraw needle to prevent injury, some of the vaccine content from the syringe leaked and dripped down patient's arm. A full dose of vaccine was not delivered to the patient. No other adverse events reported. Primary care physician was contacted, prescriber does not want patient to repeat the dose immediately, patient to repeat the dose in a year per prescriber's instruction.
