Symptom narrative

Found out right after patient left that the antigen component of Arexvy was expired on 7/6/25 (administered on 7/15/25). Checked with patient that she is not experiencing any unusual side effects other than sore arms. Patient will return to pharmacy for revaccination as recommended by the CDC.
