Symptom narrative

Patient given Prevnat 20 vaccine and started on glipizide at appt on 7/9/2025. Woke up on 7/10/2025 with erythematous rash on upper arms. Glipizide was stopped. Rash has continued to progress since with areas on torso, proximal lower extremities, lots of white pustular lesions overlying erythematous base, widespread. No itching or pain. No fever or chills.
