Patient had severe bout of vomiting followed by diarrhea for 2 hours on 7/10/24. Patient vomited multiple times on 4 occasions, had stomach cramping, and then experienced diarrhea. These events occurred between 12:45pm - 2:45pm. No other symptoms noted.
