Symptom narrative

Client began scratching neck shortly after vaccines while waiting in the lobby. Redness/welts noted to back of neck and waistline. Client also noted to have diffuse reddened welts to back. Client was in no distress and no airway distress noted. 911 was called and client was transported to (withheld name) Hospital. Client discharged home from ER per mother.
