Systemic: Allergic: Itch Generalized-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Swelling of Face / Eyes / Mouth / Tongue-Medium, Systemic: Chest Tightness / Heaviness / Pain-Medium, Additional Details: pt developed symptoms 15 min after injection, he rushed to ER and was given benadryl and medrol dose pack. Symptoms has subside after medication
