Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Severe, Error: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-, Additional Details: Patient visited doctor after pain/swelling/redness in injection site did not subside. Doctor mentioned that the injection appeared to be given too low on the arm. Redness and swelling are better, but patient is still experiencing pain.
