Systemic: Allergic: Anaphylaxis-Severe, Systemic: Allergic: Difficulty Breathing-Severe, Systemic: Allergic: Difficulty Swallowing, Throat Tightness-Severe, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Severe, Additional Details: She began coughing within 5 minutes of the vaccine and started grabbing her throat. By the time I got out to her, she was in extreme distress.
