Site: Itching at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Pt came in on 07/14/25 at 9:05 am and displayed her arm with slight redness and swelling from when she got a prevnar 20 and covid 19 (pfizer) vaccine together on the same day. Pt has gotten a covid vaccine before and suspects it to be from prevnar.
