Symptom narrative

Patient presented with a rash to upper arm around 4 inches vertically and wrapping around half her arm. She said it was sore the day after, then it got red, a few days later it turned into a rash with what she described as some blisters that popped open. It appeared to be sensitive raise bumps at the upper right quadrant of the arm. She said it still itched some, recommended hydrocortisone otc since there were no open wounds. No other issues were reported to me. She is still recovering from the rash.
