On 18-Apr-2025 and 30-May-2025, the patient was vaccinated with the first and second doses of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9), Suspension for injection, 5 mL (lot # and expiration date were not reported) as prophylaxis.
