Symptom narrative

Patient was given 2 vaccines and experienced a fainting episode. Immediately after fainting episode, pt experienced brief involuntary muscle jerks/spasms. Patient regained consciousness and was evaluated by medical staff in office. Vitals signs normal post syncope episode.
