Patients states that 3 days after receiving the vaccinations, she started experiencing pain and tingling sensation in her Left Arm from her shoulder down to her wrist (no fingers). Patient also complains of neck pain and pain in the muscle between her shoulder and neck. Patient has difficulty raising her left arm up without pain. Patient states that it is very difficult for her to sleep because of the pain. She is still experiencing the pain now.

Patient's son states that they went to the urgent care 2 weeks ago because the pain was not going away. Patient was prescribed Lidocaine cream for the pain and was instructed to return to the place where she received the vaccines.
