Symptom narrative

One day after receiving the vaccines the patient reported swelling, redness, and itching from her shoulder to her elbow. She stated it was very painful. It was recommended that she use OTC Tylenol, Advil, and Benadryl to treat her condition. She has a follow up visit with her PCP on 7/24/25.
