Symptom narrative

Patient stated the morning after she received the 2 vaccines, she felt stiffness and pain radiated from both of her shoulders up to her neck. She could not move her neck and she also had trouble swallowing her food. The pain and stiffness lasted until 7/4/2025. She still has a very minor residual sensation in her throat sometimes.
