Symptom narrative

Patient received an extra Pedvaxhib at 6 month well check. Patient had already received a Pedvaxhib dose at 2 month and 4 month well check. Patient was not due for booster until 12 month of age. Parent reported redness and swelling at the injection site. Localized reaction.
