Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

vaccine not administered within time frame specified in PI; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose of vaccine on an unknown date). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: vaccine not administered within time frame specified in PI). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 18-JUL-2025 The consumer stated that the second dose of Shingrix had not been administered within the 2 to 6 month time frame. Till the time of reporting, the patient did not receive 2nd dose of Shingrix, which led to incomplete course of vaccination.
