Patient is not symptomatic; expired ROTATEQ administered; This spontaneous report was received from a Nurse Practitioner 22-Jul-2025 and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 22-Jul-2025, the patient was vaccinated with an expired dose of Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent (ROTATEQ), administered orally (lot #X023474, expiration date: 11-Jul-2025)dose: 0.5 mL (dose number were not reporter) for Prophylaxis. No additional Adverse event or PQC reported.
