Right thigh prickly skin rash measuring 3in by 1.5in around the injection site and Left thigh prickly skin rash measuring 1in by 1in; felt warm to the touch. Treatment hydrocortisone 1% apply to affected area BID. Patient to follow up Monday 7/28/25.
