Course of events as follows: 2nd Dose:2-25-25 1. A middle aged female Pharmacist with white hair picked up a vial with a small amount of fluid left in it from the counter. It had been sitting on the counter prior to my arrival. *I questioned her as to why it was on the counter instead of in the refrigerator and she advised it was fine and had another dose left in it. She drew the dose into the needle advised her shift was ending soon and handed it to a tech in ^trainng" to administer into my arm. 2. Mind you it was 4:30PM in the afernoon and left out on the counter for God only knows how long! 3. I asked her if I should anticipate any side effects from the Vax and she said," No that it was highly unlikely."

Due to the volatile nature and excessive duration of the adverse event, I couldn't even make it out of the door, nevermind to see a Doctor if I tried! By 8PM that evening, I was suddenly stricken with continous episodes of "violent" vomiting and "explosive "diarrhea which lasted until 8AM the next morning. The smell of what was coming out of my body was TOXIC! A clear sign that my body was rejecting whatever contaminent was injected into my body. My husband witnessed this horrific experience first hand. I ended up contracting Covid 2 months later (April 2022). I spoke with my Physician via Telehealth and he prescribed me Paxlovid. I advised him of my unfortunate vaccination experience. I also advised that my joints were swollen and painful to which he prescribed a non-steroidal anti inflammatory RX. In addition, I informed him that my thyroid levels had begun fluctuating. He referred me to an endocrinolgist. Since then, I have recently uncovered the fact that BOTH of the vaccines administered to me by Walmart had been EXPIRED and both had numerous adverse reactions reported. *My 1st dose Lot# FG3527 had 34 deaths, 37 disabilities, 25 life threatening illnesses, 261 hospitalizations and 1047 other adverse reactions. **My 2nd dose Lot# FJ6369 had 13 deaths, 20 disabilities, 16 life threatening illnesses, 164 hopitalizations and 1,215 other adverse reactions. Therefore, it is evident that I was injected with expired doses that were ineffective/contaminated and improperly refrigerated in violation of state law requirements. At NO time was I ever contacted and advised that the doses I had received were past their expiration date and ineffective with possible contamination. Needless to say, I am extremely upset over this. It is vital that my case be addressed and documented in the event I should encounter any additional health issues as a result of my findings.
