A male patient received BNT162b2 omicron (kp.2) (COMIRNATY (2024-2025 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant), outcome "unknown" and all described as "Covid". Clinical course: The caller inquired about a prescription medicine for COVID-19 they saw advertised. The agent explained that Pfizer offers a prescription medication for COVID-19. The caller expressed dissatisfaction with the COVID-19 vaccine's effectiveness and mentioned past experiences with COVID-19. The agent suggested consulting a doctor for more detailed information. Submitted AE as the caller mentioned that patient had Covid and got Pfizer Covid 19 but it does no good to him. No follow-up attempts are possible.
