Symptom narrative

The client received the vaccine at 12:30pm and stood up and started to walk towards the door. The client then fainted, fell face first into the floor at 12:35pm. The client was laid flat and put her feet up and was given ammonia to smell and an ice pack. Clients' parents refused 911. Partents advised to follow up with primary care and to watch for signs of concussion.
