Symptom narrative

PT STATED SHE EXPERIENCED ACHY PAIN FOR A WEEK, RASH ON SHOULDER AND CHEST STILL PRESENT ON 7/27/25, AND FACE SWELLING. She stated she had been using benadryl to calm the rash. I referred her to her primary doctor or a walk in clinic for the rash. The pain and facial swelling was gone.
