Symptom narrative

Patient suffered an ischemic stroke and was transported by EMS to Hospital, CT scan, tPA therapy, thrombectomy. Patient 4 days post is in Telemetry unit, positive MRI, speech deficits minor, right hand deficit significant, able to ambulate.

Medical history

High blood pressure, hypercholesterolemia, hyperuricemia

Other medications

Bisopolol 2.5mg, hydrochorthiazzide 25mg, losaratan 50mg, allopurinol 150mg
