2.5 X 2 inch of redness and swelling (was like a hard knotted ball on saturday). Patient was seen in office today, she became nauseated on friday and saturday and feeling a little better today. Area is still red and swollen but not so hard to the touch anymore. Pain and tenderness to the site.
