Symptom narrative

after being vaccinated he developed a sore arm at the injection site then 24 hours later he developed a headache at the base of his skull. He became nauseated with fever and chills. Then he developed sever diarrhea with a rumbling gut. He feels lethargic and very tired and continues to have these symptoms.
