Symptom narrative

Patient was to receive the MMR vaccine as a result of non-immune titers. Varicella vaccine was administered instead. MMR vaccine had been placed in the Varicella bin in the freezer. Patient did not and has not experienced any side effects. MMR dose was administered two days later.
