Symptom narrative

Shortly after immunization, patient developed flushing, gagging/retching, dizziness, and shortness of breath. He was placed supine and encouraged to take slow deep breaths. Symptoms self-resolved. Vitals were normal by the time patient left clinic.

Current illness

viral upper respiratory illness including cough and congestion at the time of vaccine, but no fever
