Site: Itching at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: on day of vaccine administration patient reports injection site felt warm and sore, the next day the soreness continued and was still warm with additional red streaking that has been spreading some and itching and swelling and continued soreness. the patient reports the injection site is currently no longer sore but the other symptoms still remain
