Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Severe, Systemic: Muscle weakness, unable to lift arm-Severe, Additional Details: Patient reported over the phone about adverse effect about 24 hours post vaccine admistration on right arm (Arexvy), patient also got Tdap and Heplisav on left arm with adverse event. Chief complaints including: pain at injection side, swelling, lethargy and muscle weakness, unable to lift arm. Patient has visitted primary care doctor on 7/23/25 and got prescribed narcotic pain med for pain management.
