Symptom narrative

Shingrix was administered at pharmacy. Within 10 minutes tachycardia- 130, face red and lip swelling. No response by pharmacy staff despite telling them side effects. Side effects continued. Went to urgent care side effects continued until treated with IV and famotidine. Side effects? triggered a migraine that lasted for 3 days

Recovery from microscopic colitis-Collagenous colitis - tapering Budesonide

Medical history

Asthma, Tachy-Brady cardiac with Paroxysmal SVT (supraventricular tachycardia) long covid, Barrett's esophagus, Vitamin b deficiency, GERD, Allergic rhinitis, ocular migraines, Esophagitis

Other medications

Budesonide, Zytec, Tylenol, Prevacid, Vitamin B and D

Allergies

Shellfish, Sulfa, Penicillin, Levaquin, Polyethylene glycol, erthryomycin, surgical adhesive

Prior vaccinations

No adverse reaction, but does have a PEG allergy. Tolerated Covid vaccine despite PEG allergy
