Per patient: Tinnitus in both ears began around March 1, 2025. The symptoms worsened significantly and became more pronounced in the left ear following administration of the second Shingrix dose on July 22, 2025.

Otolaryngology visit with Dr. on 6/6/25 for Bilateral tinnitus and Hearing evaluation on 7/21/25 which revealed mild hearing loss in the upper registers bilaterally, worse on the left, which patient feels relates to the tinnitus as it is loud enough to interfere with his hearing
