rash slowly got bigger, swollen itchy, and warm to the touch L upper arm- first time pt ever received MCV4. Pt mother reported trying cold compresses, Benadryl, Tylenol and Ibuprofen.

loratadine 10mg tab- take 1 tab daily- pt mother reports taking as directed, Flonase allergy relief 50 mcg/actuation nasal spray, suspension- inhale 1 spray by intranasal route every day in each nostril- Pt mother reports PRN use.
