Symptom narrative

left arm started to swell and get red and hot on 7/26/25; she now has reported swelling size of a baseball, hard, warm and very painful arm. She has used ice but this is not helping.

None

Medical history

Marfan syndrome, hyperparathyroidism, asthma, history of diabetes

Other medications

Colestid, vitamin b-12 injections, levothyroxine, Dulera inhaler, Omeprazole, Propranolol, Hydroxyzine, vitamin D3, and CBD gummy.

Allergies

Cortisone, Penicillin, Tramadol, Celebrex, Cyclobenzaprine, Ibuprofen, Ketorolac, Meloxicam, and Topiramate
