Symptom narrative

1 week after injection awoke with hearing loss right ear, balance issues so severe that I need a cane to help keep me from falling over. Loud ringing in right ear. Low grade fever of 100. I still can't even hear a smoke alarm going off. A feeling of pressure in ear

Medical history

I am HIV positive but virally suppressed and normal IGG IGA IGM IGE and CD4 counts normal. I have had prostate cancer treatment 4 years ago via radiation. My PSA is 0.2, indicating no remaining cancer.

Calcium Citrate, Iron, D3, Multi Senior Vitamin, Biktarvy, alprazolam, tadalafil, tamsulosin, rosuvastatin, escopiclone, mounjaro
