Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose in MAR-2020). On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced social problem (Verbatim: was not able to get 2nd shot in 6 months due to pandemic recently got the second dose). Patient got first Shingrix vaccine in March 2020 but was not able to get 2nd shot in 6 months due to pandemic. Patient got the 2nd Shingrix vaccine, but it has been 5 years since 1st one. Patient wanted to know if they need to get 3rd vaccine.
