No additional AE/No PQC; a patient received a dose of improperly stored PROQUAD.; This spontaneous report was received from a Nurse and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 18-Jul-2025, the patient was vaccinated with an improperly stored dose of measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD) lot #Y019173, expiration date: 18-May-2026, 0.5 mL (strength, dose number, route and anatomical location were not provided) for prophylaxis. The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (MERCK STERILE DILUENT) (no details provided).
