Symptom narrative

Swelling, redness, pain at vaccine site, the following day she developed hives at vaccine site which progressed to total body hives.

Current illness

Sty on left lower eyelid- treated with warm water compresses.

Medical history

HTN, migraines, murmur, seasonal allergies

Other medications

Amlodipine 10mg daily, Claritin 10mg daily, Medroxyprogesterone 150mg every 12 weeks, Sumatriptan 50mg PRN, Ibuprofen OTC PRN, Tylenol OTC PRN.
