Symptom narrative

Patient presents for adverse reaction to vaccine. Reports receiving both the Anthrax and Typhoid vaccine on 03 Jul 2025. He started feeling bad right away and reports low back pain since 04 Jul. Started having migraines since 06 Jul and had 2 episodes of emesis- bile and chills on 08 Jul. He states he doesn't get migraines but he assumed it was a migraine. Headache is currently 3/10. Reports consistent kidney pain and difficulty with urination and bowel movements. Also reports dizziness and mild difficulty breathing at times.
