Symptom narrative

Patient began running fever on 7/26/2025 one day after receiving vaccinations (including 2 doses of Varicella given in error). Patient broke out in rash the morning of 7/28/2025, 3 days after receiving vaccinations, Patient was prescribed Prednisolone 10mg/5mL give 2.5 mL in AM with food, continue cetirizine.

Current illness

Patient had fever of unknown origin 1 day prior to vaccinations, not evaluated for this issue - possible side effect of teething
