Symptom narrative

Tip of needle grazed patients arm resulting in a small dot of blood. Patient stayed seated for 10 minutes and when I checked on her, she expressed feeling well with no symptoms of illness or other reaction. A band-aide was placed on arm, covering both vaccine site and small needle scratch. Event was reported to covering provider and clinic supervisor. Patient left with mother with no further issues.
