Pt called clinic informing us of the following symptoms: heart racing / weird taste in mouth / woozy/ lightheaded / clamy. The symptoms started approximately and hr after getting the vaccine. The pt has reported she took Benadryl to help with symptoms.

Estradiol 0.5mg tab, Estradiol 2mg tab, Clotrimazole 1% topical cream, Fluconazole 150mg tab

Called pt to check on her and she stated her heart rate has done down. Pt has been able to hold down food. Pt stated the benadryl is helping. Pt stated she has no fever, still feels clamy but nothing too bad. No sings of inflammation at the site of injection.
