Symptom narrative

Patient reported having chills, body aches and watery eyes around 1:30 AM on 7/31/2025. Patient described the watery eyes felt more like sand in his eyes which required him to wipe often. Patient took ibuprofen and melatonin. His symptoms subsided around 4:30 AM. However, he reported feeling weak and lethargic.
